DESCRIPTION:To Celebrate the 100th anniversary&nbsp\;of Rotary in SA\, clubs are erecting peace poles around the state.
21 September 2023 is the United&nbsp\;Nations International Peace Day.&nbsp\; Rotary Mawson Lakes will be recognising the day with a ceremony to dedicate a peace pole to the community of Mawson Lakes.&nbsp\; The pole is located in Mobara&nbsp\;Park which celebrates the sister city relationship with Mobara&nbsp\;in Japan.
Rotary&nbsp\;has&nbsp\; as one its main objects the promotion of peace and conflict resolution.&nbsp\; As a Club we are proud to be a part of the multicultural&nbsp\;community of Mawson Lakes. What better place to celebrate peace and harmony amongst our neighbours.
